Our principal stylists have had a lot of experience on the floor and education opportunities. Principal Stylists have now developed a hair unique style of their own having “been around the block of hair” – they know what works and what doesn’t. They have been thoroughly immersed in the “Radical” way with years, even decades of high quality hair education and have a very strong following.

Quirky fact about you: Love dark and depressing films, books, movies and magazines. Weird, I know but can’t help it! Where do you get your inspiration from? l like classic style and a bit edgy as well mixed in. It’s the perfect mix of all generations and styles. This is my main inspiration when I go to my scissor skills and colour skills.
Where do you get your personal style Inso from? I love shopping, always have and I tend to get my style from the streets. I love quirky and chunky sandals, collates and the Outnet.com.
Passions & Ideal Clientele: I love to do over 50’s and do a complete new looks with colour and cuts for any age, this for me is my passion. I too, absolutely love glossy medium thickness (such beauty in this) and thrive cutting short hair and classic bobs. I love using unique scissor techniques to bring together an edgy style with a classic wearable front for my clients. As I have been around the block in the industry, I really find that I still love coming to work each day and never get bored of creating these looks. That’s what I love about hairdressing, you evolve with the time and never stay stagnant no matter what age you are. I am definitely the mother hen of the salon and I’ve adored watching hundreds of employee’s grow and flourish over time.

Where do you get your personal style Inspo from: I love wearing jeans, shorts and T-shirts - just casual and professional.
Passions & ideal clients: My passion is cutting and all-over coloring. I love doing classic hairstyles because that’s what I grew up doing in my early career, classic looks never date and are so versatile on anyone in any era.I I feel I am quite adaptable as I can do any haircut, lady or man that walks into the salon confidently. I have also really enjoyed seeing the eras of change in the hair industry for example permed curls to straight smooth blow dries. It’s an industry that never stands still and it’s what I love about the job and why i decided to own a hair salon.

Where do you get your hair inspiration from: I get my inspiration from “street hair”, European trends, Instagram and WELLA professionals portfolios. I love being able to take techniques and make them work for my clientele.
Where do you get your personal style Inso from? I get my style from European Instagrams and looks. I find my personal style is usually glamorous or gym gear. There’s no in-between.
Strengths or passions: As I am a qualified WELLA colour expert, La Biosthetique colour expert & from having my background training CERT III with Toni & Guy, I have a huge passion for education, colour work and curating tailored hair journey plans for my clientele. I believe my eye for detail and expertise in knowledge has allowed me to develop a unique style and trend in the salon with balayage, micro foiling and colour correction. Over my career, I have invested in more than 50 courses enabling me to excel with my skill and create a unique culture at Radical for my team to thrive in and learn from. I have been doing hair extensions for over 10 years and absolutely love creating wearable looks and giving confidence to women through the use of Great Lengths. I believe a true strength of mine is choosing the right colour palette, placement of the hair and can confidently achieve any desired look. One of my newest passions lies in business development and mentorship. I love creating new business directions including visions and services and bringing them to life with my team at Radical.

Where do you get your personal style Inspo from? I feel I have a mix between 80s, 90s and current trends. I love big hair, big earrings, baggy jeans, and oversized jackets. I love using bright colours in my daily makeup routine as well! Nothing too put together.
Passions & Ideal clientele: My passions lie within all areas of hair as I love making people feel good about themselves and make them feel confident! My favourite hair transformations are those who haven’t had a salon experience for a while and those who haven’t treated themselves as regularly as they should and they end up feeling on top of the world afterwards. It just warms my heart! I love creating beautiful, dimensional brondes as well as creamy blondes! I love creating beautiful connections with my clients of all demographics and welcoming them into our hair community. Where do you get your hair inspiration from? Most of my inspiration comes from the stylist here at Radical, along with pages on Instagram.
Where do you get your personal style Inspo from? My style inspiration comes mostly from online clothing brands i.e Glassons, princess Polly, universal, as well as fashion brands on Instagram or even some of the girls at Radical.
Passions & Ideal clientele: As I am only in my second year of my apprenticeship, I am exposed to so many new techniques, looks and trends every day. Currently I have a passion for styling whether it be curling or even a straight blow dry. This I something I am loving doing on the floor right now. I spend a lot of time behind the basin looking after clients I love speaking to clients about treatment options and how they can maintain & treat their hair at home. I believe this its something that is so integral to every client and they need to now this. I enjoy theory studying and do a lot of this in my spare time. I can’t wait until I am on the floor more and when I can create brunette transformations especially Balayages even the most subtle ones I believe are so beautiful.

Where do you get your personal style Inspo from? I don’t really follow famous people I like to create my own fashion trends with what is up and coming!
Passion & ideal clientele: I love the recreate someone’s style completely, I love a challenge! but I also do a-lot of foiling, global application, balayage , styling, creative cutting and mens cutting .My ideal clientele would be blondes, any sort of natural balayage, virgin hair makeovers and general hair cutting creations. I am currently under going intense Radical training being newer to the team, so I am super keen to learn and use my new tool box to my advantage. Bring it on!

Where do you get your hair inspiration from? I get my hair inspiration from the amazing hairdressers I’m surrounded by and from stylists I follow on Insta! I love watching their techniques and incorporating it into my own work.
Where do you get your personal style Inspo from? My style changes every day depending on my mood so I don’t have a main source of inspiration but it can range from hippie to edgy to chic.
Passions & Ideal clientele: I absolutely love everything hair. I am obsessed! I want to know everything and be able to do everything. I do love creating transformations from Great Lengths, I love seeing the start to finish of a true hair transformation from start to finish with adding length, it’s very satisfying and something I have been doing a lot of in the salon. I enjoy the challenge it gives me as a stylist and the ability to enhance a look instantly in a few hours. Blondes are definitely something I have a bit of love affair with at the moment, especially golden and bright blonde shades - they’re so fun! I also really enjoy curly hair cutting as myself, I am a curly hair curl girl. There aren’t many good stylists who can cut curly hair so I really love to fill that gaps
