The emerging stylist is young, eager & new to the floor at Radical. They are usually in their last year of their apprenticeship and keen to get a clientele building up as they complete their last year of training. Emerging stylists are still finding their feet and the styles of hair they like. They are great for young ones, university students or anyone wanting to save on our salon services.

Our Senior Stylist are fully qualified Stylists at Radical and have usually only been on the floor less than 3 years. They are hungry for achievement, trendy as they get & are constantly going to training courses learning the latest of hair trends. They are still developing their personal hair style traits, super keen to try new out innovative techniques and are building up their clientele!

A stylist who has dedicated an excessive amount of time and money towards investing in their education and qualifications in hairdressing and other areas of opportunity including expert colour programs, mentorships programs, degrees and business workshops. The Creative Director has a strong influence on the team’s education and overall trend direction of the salon.
